Terms of Service

These terms explain the practical rules for using Moventria, including its habit, Screen Time, journal, and Pro features.

Effective August 23, 2026 · Last updated August 23, 2026
Before you begin

Moventria supports your choices, but it cannot guarantee a particular habit, productivity, health, or wellbeing outcome.

1. Accepting these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Moventria, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use. Moventria is not directed to children under 13.

3. What Moventria provides

Moventria provides habit tracking, journaling, progress insights, reminders, widgets, and optional Screen Time controls that exchange completed habits for access time. Features may depend on your device, iOS version, permissions, and Apple services.

4. Screen Time permissions and emergency access

App shielding requires Apple Family Controls authorization. You choose the apps and categories involved and can change permissions in iOS Settings. Emergency Access is a convenience feature and should not be relied on for safety-critical, medical, financial, or emergency communication.

5. Free and Pro plans

Moventria may offer free features, paid subscriptions, a lifetime purchase, and promotional trials. The exact features, eligibility, trial period, and price presented in the App Store or purchase screen apply at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account subscription settings. Trial conversions and refunds are handled under Apple's rules. A lifetime purchase unlocks the applicable Pro features for the purchasing Apple Account for as long as that product and app remain available; it is not transferable and does not guarantee every future product or service.

6. Changes to features and pricing

We may improve, add, remove, or reorganize features. We may also change prices prospectively, with notice and Apple-managed consent where required. We will not intentionally remove access to a completed purchase in a way that violates applicable law.

7. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of habit names, journal entries, and other content you create. You are responsible for your content, backups, device access, and the accuracy of manual entries. Do not use Moventria to store unlawful content or information whose loss could cause serious harm.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to bypass its security, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, interfere with the service, infringe others' rights, or use it for unlawful activity.

9. Intellectual property

Moventria's software, design, branding, text, templates, and original content are owned by or licensed to Moventria and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app.

10. Health and professional disclaimer

Moventria is a general wellbeing and productivity tool. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice and is not a substitute for qualified professional care. Stop using a feature if it creates distress or unsafe behavior.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Moventria is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent data retention, exact Screen Time behavior, or specific results. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moventria and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the app. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for Moventria during the preceding 12 months. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Moventria at any time. We may suspend or end access if reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law, protect users, or discontinue the service. Provisions that should logically survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Governing rules

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Moventria's operator is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or protections available where you live.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be identified by a new date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Questions can be sent to bahtiyar.bayramov@gmail.com.
